Collaboration Model

Discover our new partnership

EuroParcs has developed a new framework for collaborating with owners. This framework consists of three components: a basic agreement, user models, and service models. Together, they ensure that all agreements are clear and easy to understand. In the email dated September 8, you will find more information on how to view these sample contracts in detail.

1. The Master Agreement

This is the standard agreement for all owners, which sets out the basic terms and conditions. These include park rules, management responsibilities, and services provided by EuroParcs. This agreement is mandatory and applies to every owner.

2. Your user model

In addition to the basic agreement, you can choose a usage plan that suits your personal situation. You can choose from six different plans, ranging from exclusive personal use to full rental. Each usage plan has a term of 1 or 3 years, allowing you to switch to a different plan if your needs change. If the agreement is not terminated, it will be automatically renewed and can be terminated at any time.

3. Servicemodel

The service models describe which services are available, which are mandatory, and which are optional. They also explain how costs are calculated and allocated. The service models give you more control over costs by making services optional wherever possible.

Should I switch?

You are not required to switch to one of the new user models. However, we are convinced that the new models—developed in consultation with owners—offer many benefits, such as reduced complexity and improved support. For new owners, this collaborative model is the standard.
