Do you want to use your vacation home all by yourself and not rent it out? As before, EuroParcs offers you the opportunity to use a vacation rental 100% yourself. This allows you to escape the daily environment at any time and enjoy your home. EuroParcs relieves you when it comes to maintenance and management of the park and your home’s important systems, such as the heating system, allowing you to enjoy your home to the fullest. Furthermore, you can purchase additional services for the maintenance of your vacation home.

Most owners who do not rent out the vacation home do not currently have a separate agreement. We are changing this with the new user models. As a result, as an “owner user,” you claim many of the same benefits as renting owners. It also makes it easier to switch to a different user model in the future, if available for your vacation rental.
